Established on August 26, 2023 in Labuan Bajo, PiriPiri brings traditional Portuguese grill culture and vibrant coastal flavors to the heart of Labuan Bajo.

We honor the true art of the Portuguese churrasqueira. We prepare our Frango Assado (grilled chicken) exactly as it is done in Portugal: seasoned simply with salt, oil, and garlic, and slow-grilled over real charcoal embers to let the natural smoky flavor shine.

Named after the legendary Bird’s Eye chili, “PiriPiri” is the fiery heart of our kitchen. Because we believe in authentic preparation, we never drench or brush our meats on the grill. Instead, our signature Piri Piri sauce is served fresh on the side, giving you complete control over the heat and flavor of every bite.

Whether you are unwinding after a day of island-hopping in Komodo or gathering with friends for the night, we serve cold drinks, hot coals, and unmatched tropical vibes daily from 12 PM to 1 AM.
